A ribbon cutting was held Thursday morning, December 8 at Wellington's newest dining establishment, Bravo's Italian Bistro, 107 W. Harvey.
The owners of the restaurant, along with representatives from the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce and the community braved the chilly weather during the short ceremony.
